摘要

依據我們過去3年經驗，超音波可應用於以下4方面：一、尋找打針範圍；二、決定鈕扣式打法（buttonhole cannulation）下針點；三、引導針在廔管內進針；四、調針（repositioning of the needle），來協助完成廔管穿刺。超音波對於處理不同的病患廔管穿刺問題都可得到很成功的結果，但是要有更高品質證據就需要進一步研究。

Based on our past 3 years of experience, ultrasound assistance can be applied to the following 4 aspects to assist in successful arteriovenous access cannulation: 1. finding the range of cannulation, 2. determining the puncture site of buttonhole cannulation, 3. guiding the needle through the access tunnel, 4. repositioning of the needle. The ultrasound assistance can successfully deal with individual patients' cannulation problems, but further research is needed for higher-quality evidence.
