速度與準確性機會各半理論在網球技能訓練上的應用

An Application of the Theory of Speed-accuracy Trade off on Tennis Skill Training

摘要


本文是以速度與準確性機會各半理論來進行文獻回顧,並將其觀念及論點應用在網球技能訓練能中。 此理論基本概念係指每當動作時間改變,不論它是加速或減速,有關的肌肉力量和收縮的持續時間、肢體的速度和肢體運行的距離,都會有明顯的改變。但是,即使發生變化,這些動作的表面特徵會保持恒定的特性。其理論特徵有兩點,分別為相對時宜和參數。相對時宜代表動作基本的「深度結構」;參數是為運動所需的肌力、肌耐力和爆發力等等。 根據上述理論,我們可以在網球訓練中總結以下幾點:一、加長動作距離以獲得較大之打擊力量。二、要求動作一致性,避免時間、空間性誤差。三、增加重量,減低力量的變化性,達到更佳的空間準確。四、加快動作速度,取得更大的時間、空間準確性。五、儘早預測接近物的方向及著地點。六、縮短動作距離。七、在學習初期即應同時強調速度與準確性。最後希望以上幾點,能提供給國內教練與選手參考,對提升我國網球實力有所助益。

This article are review the theory of speed-accuracy trade off on ,and use it’s view point on tennis tennis skill training. The view point of this theory is mean as you do some movement, the muscle power, body section’s speed ,and the duration of muscle contraction will be changed obvious. But if they are changed, the feasure of movement will be no changed. There are two points of this theory’s character, they are timing relative and parameter. The relative timing is the deep structure of basic movement, and the parameter is muscle power. muscle endurance..ect. According the above theories, we get some conclusions as following:1.getting more power by making movement distance more length 2.asking for the movement the complete accord………ect. Finally, hope the above points will bring the coach and plays the benefits and enhance the tennis lever.
