摘要


四百公尺跑是短跑中距離最遠的項目,若想在四百公尺比賽中得到較佳成績,教練必須了解其技術與教學,如配速等。至於其使用之能量系統則偏重於無氧系統及乳酸系統。選手則必須了解配速與步幅、步頻之調整,以及今日四百公尺跑之配速已有愈來愈均勻的趨勢。另外在四百公尺跑的後半段速度降底是生理上疲勞,而反應在步態的動作則是步頻變慢、步幅縮短,須以加快步頻來克服。

Among those short-distance running event, the 400-meters running is the longest one. In order to improve athletes’ performance and help them to win in the contests, coaches have to understand the skills and the teaching strategies. For example, the allotment/assignment of speed. While running the 400 meters, the human’s energy system directs to use the energy source from the Anaerobic System and Lactic Acid System. The athletes must understand the speed allotment/assignment, the adjusting of stride frequency and length and the fact that the allotment/assignment of speed for 400-meters is becoming more and more proportional. Besides, the physiological fatigue decreases the running speed in the last 200 meters of the 400-meters and that results in the gait change: the slow-down of the stride frequency and the shortness of the stride length. Make the stride frequence faster will helpful to the running speed.
