國中排球教練領導行為之研究

摘要


本研究主要是探討不同背景變項之國中排球選手所知覺的教練領導行為之差異情形。以九十學年度國中排球甲級聯賽預賽男、女組之選手為研究對象,以「運動領導量表選手知覺版」為研究工具施以問卷調查。根據收集的資料後,分別以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析之統計方式及杜凱法事後比較分析後得到下列結果: 一、 男性排球運動選手明顯的比女性排球運動選手更能知覺教練領導行為之「訓練與指導行為」、「民主行為」、「專制行為」、「關懷行為」、「獎勵行為」及「整體領導行為」。 二、 運動年齡4~5年之選手比運動年齡6年以上之選手更能知覺「訓練與指導行為」。運動年齡3年以下之選手比運動年齡6年以上之選手更能知覺「專制行為」。運動年齡4~5年之選手比運動年齡6年以上之選手更能知覺教練之「整體領導行為」。 三、 運動成就國家級的選手比區(中)運級和校隊級選手更能知覺「訓練與指導行為」、「關懷行為」、「整體領導行為」。區(中)運級選手比校隊級的選手更能知覺「專制行為」。國家級的選手比區(中)運級選手更能知覺「民主行為」、「獎勵行為」。校隊級比區(中)運級選手更能知覺教練之「訓練與指導行為」、「民主行為」、「關懷行為」、「獎勵行為」、「整體領導行為」。

The purpose of this study was to explore junior high school volleyball players’ cognition towards coaching behavior. The participants in this research were both male and female junior high school volleyball players who participated in the first round of 2001 Taiwan Junior High School Volleyball at Division I level. The questionnaire used in this study was “coaching leadership behavior scale of athletes’ cognition”. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey’s post-hoc comparison. Male players scored higher than females on training and instruction behavior, social support, positive feedback, democratic behavior, autocratic behavior and overall leadership behavior. Those athletes who have been practicing for 4-5 years perceived more than higher than athletes who have been practicing more than 6 years in training and instruction behavior. Those athletes who have been practicing less than 3 years perceived more than athletes who have been practicing more than 6 years in autocratic behavior. Athletes who have been training for 4-5 years scored higher than athletes who have been training more than 6 years in overall leadership behavior. Athletes at national team level perceived more than regional and school's varsity team level athletes in training and instruction behavior, social support and overall leadership behavior. Athletes at regional level scored higher than athletes at school's varsity team level in autocratic behavior. Athletes at national level scored higher than regional athletes in. democratic behavior and positive feedback. Athletes at school's varsity team levels perceived more than regional athletes in training and instruction behavior, democratic behavior, social support and overall leadership behavior.
