Delayed menstrual cycle is a common disease in the outpatient department of Chinese medicine gynecology. This case report is a 25-year-old unmarried female patient with overdue menstruation. The patient first went to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of in the hospital. There was no structural abnormality after ultrasound examination. The Gynecologist recommends follow-up, so the patient turned to Chinese medicine for assistance. The syndrome differentiation was the stagnation of liver qi, stagnation of qi and blood deficiency. After about 4 months of medical treatment with Chinese medicine, the patient's menstrual cycle was shortened from 81 days to 42 days, and the rest complications have also been improved.
