中醫治療繼發性閉經病例報告

摘要

本文為一則運用中醫治療繼發性無月經症的病例報告。患者為35歲的女性，因為卵巢畸胎瘤，而分別於2011年與2012年動過兩次卵巢切除手術，現剩餘單側三分之一的卵巢，而從手術後便開始出現月經不規則的症狀，後漸進成無月經，最長時間曾2年都無月經來潮，患者就診時主訴近期已約半年左右無月經來潮，經診斷後開立中藥給予患者服用，處方主要的方向為滋補腎陰及疏肝補脾，患者經中藥治療9個月後，月經現可正常來潮且無明顯的不適症狀。許多因素都可能造成繼發性無月經症，而治療上也常需要一段長時間的療程才有機會看見成效，因此如何找出疾病的主因及縮短治療顯效的時間，也許是未來在治療繼發性無月經症的領域上，可持續努力的方向。

The article is a case report of secondary amenorrhea treated with Chinese medicine. The 35-year-old female has undergone twice oophorectomy surgeries in 2011 and 2012 due to ovary teratomas and remains one third of one side ovary. The menstrual cycle was from irregular to absent after the surgeries and the longest period was up to 2 years. In this time, the menstrual cycles had ceased six months. She came to our OPD for help and was treated by Chinese herbal medicine. The purpose of the prescription was to nourish kidney-yin, promote flow of liver-qi, and supplement spleen. After 9 months treatment, the patient's period became normal and did not have any obvious discomfort symptoms. Secondary amenorrhea may be resulted from different reasons and need long time to get the therapy effect. How to find the cause of the disease and shorten the treatment duration may be the focuses to effort in the future.
