淺論中醫典籍“溫經湯”及相關方劑

摘要

目的：探討以“溫經湯”為名及其相關方劑，蒐集歷代中醫典籍彙整結果加以討論分析，期能一窺“溫經湯”做為中醫婦科臨床常用方劑的樣貌。方法：本研究自中國哲學書電子化計劃網站以及中醫笈成網站檢閱歷代典籍，篩選出記載處方名稱為“溫經湯”的相關典籍，將原文中的藥物組成及適應症加以歸納統計並分析討論。結果：記載處方名稱為“溫經湯”的相關典籍共127本，歸納以《金匱》溫經湯記載最多，以《婦人大全良方》溫經湯記載次之。以“溫經湯”為名之處方，多緊扣方名以“溫經散寒”為治療首要，臨床使用上可依病患實際病況斟酌用藥。結論：以本研究所篩選出的典籍為基礎，可得到“溫經湯”於婦科病症的用藥規律，期能在臨床上可更精準地掌握處方與病症之間的關聯性，提高臨床療效。

Objective: To explore and analyze the name of ＂Wenjing Decoction＂ and its related prescriptions in the Traditional Chinese Medicine ancient books and try to observe its overview in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology. Methods: This study was reviewed from the website of the Chinese Philosophy Book Electronic Project and the website of Chinese Medicine Jicheng. On behalf of the classics, the relevant classics with the recorded prescription name ＂Wenjing Decoction＂ were screened out, and the drug composition and indications in the original text were summarized, analyzed and discussed. Results: A total of 127 books related to the prescription name ＂Wenjing Decoction＂ were recorded. The prescription under the name of ＂Wenjing Decoction＂ should be closely related to the name of the prescription, with ＂warming the meridian and dispelling cold＂ as the primary treatment. Conclusion: Based on the classics screened in this study, it is possible to obtain ＂Wenjing Decoction＂ for gynecological diseases .It is hoped that the relationship between the prescription and the disease can be more accurately grasped in clinical practice, and the clinical efficacy can be improved.
