摘要

本研究主要的目的，是在探討射箭的過程中，射箭選手瞄準的穩定性、瞄射軌跡與其箭著點之間的相關性。以國立體育學院12名男子射箭專長選手為研究對象，在測試前先將雷射光筆栓鎖於受試者弓身下方之螺絲孔上，利用光點的投射可真實呈現，優秀射箭選手在瞄射的過程中，其持弓手調整及移動的情形。本研究是透過二部數位攝影機，分別來擷取光靶上光點的遊走軌跡及每箭之箭著位置，並將所拍攝光點及箭著點的資料，輸入專業動作分析軟體後，經定位、轉換等程序，再利用數學公式將所分析之相關曲線圖，加以平滑處理。並針對射箭選手在射箭的過程中，其水平方向、垂直方向及半徑離靶心的距離，來同時進行瞄準軌跡與箭著點之相關分析。一般射箭選手及教練大都認為，持弓手調整瞄準的方向應與箭著點成正相關，亦即當持弓手的瞄準往右移動時，其箭著位置也應會偏右，反之亦同。但從本研究分析中發現，有些選手在水平、垂直或半徑方向，竟呈現負相關，亦即當持弓手的瞄準往右調整時，其箭著位置卻會有偏左的現象。這與以往有關射箭成績的研究，都以箭著的得分來作為分析的依據有關，若僅以得分來分析因其並不具有方向性，故較不容易來發現此負相關的存在。因此，透過本研究重要發現的呈現，將有助於受試選手來改善其瞄射方式及找出造成負相關的原因。

This study examined the relationships among stability of the archer adjustments during the aiming procedure, and the coordinates of the shot points on the target during the archery process. Records of twelve specialists from the men's archery team of the National College of Physical Education and Sports were analyzed. The aiming trajectory of each archer was recorded by a digital video camera using a laser pen mounted on the bow handle. The shot points on the target were recorded by another digital video camera. By using the Hanning window upon the data records, correlation coefficients between the aiming trajectory and shot points, in the vertical coordinate, the horizontal coordinate, and the radial deviation, were all analyzed. Normally, positive correlations between the aiming trajectory and the shot point coordinate are expected. But sonic archers have negative correlations in the vertical, the horizontal or the radial coordinate. Most research related to archery is based on a score which is directionless, so it is difficult to find the unexpected negative correlation. These important findings in this paper are very useful for archers to correct and improve their aiming styles.
