目的:本研究旨在於診斷評量反曲弓選手的技術表現。方法:採用射箭技術結構的Q矩陣,依據技術動作過程分為七個項目技術:站姿、舉弓、引弦、固定、瞄準、伸展、放箭評量,以國家射箭選手兩名為研究對象,先拍攝影像和紀錄成績,然後透過國家隊專家小組評量,從影片中逐一檢核技術;歸納出診斷結果,然後擬定訓練處方,調整技能概念理論結構,並強化其運動技術表現。結果:一、透過射箭技術的Q矩陣診斷出A選手在引弦及伸展兩項技術上需修正。二、診斷出B選手則是固定及伸展兩項技術上需修正。診斷結果獲得選手的缺點。結論:利用射箭技術的Q矩陣,能夠診斷出選手技術的缺失,作為後續訓練的目標。
Purpose: The aim of this research was to evaluate the technical performance of archers who use recurve bows. Methods: In this study, a Q-matrix of technical movements in archery was used to evaluate the technical performance of two archers from a national team. The technical movements in archery were divided into the following seven stages: stance, setup, drawing, holding, aiming, stretching, and releasing. The two archers' performance was video-recorded in this study. With assistance from an expert group in the national team, the researchers assessed each archery-related technique of the two athletes by using the recorded videos. The assessment results were then used for formulating training prescriptions and theories on archery techniques to improve the archers' technical performance. Results: An analysis of the Q-matrix indicated that archer A must improve their drawing and stretching techniques and that archer B should improve their holding and stretching techniques. Conclusion: By adopting a Q-matrix of technical movements in archery, the technical drawbacks of two archers could be identified to formulate directions and improvement objectives for their future training.
