優秀射箭選手拉弓伸展動作相關肌群肌電生理研究

Iemg Performance on the Archery Draw Stretching Related Muscles

摘要


本研究旨在探討優秀射箭選手在拉伸展至放箭瞬間各相關肌肉表面積分肌電圖在各距離表現的關係。以參加第14屆南韓釡山亞運選手男女各4名作為受測對象,平均年齡、身高與體重分別為19.25±1.98歲、169.50±6.72公分、68.00±7.76公斤。每位選手均需接受30M、50M、70M等不同距離,各12支箭的模擬比賽情境,並從每次射箭動作流程中擷取受測選手的右T2斜方肌、左T2斜方肌、右T3斜方肌、左T3斜方肌、右三角肌、左三角肌、古屈指肌及右肱橈肌等八個主要相關肌肉部位的表面積分肌電圖(IEMG)。根據每支箭所得的IEMG,依放箭前三秒及完整動作判定穩定放箭的有效時間,並以肌電訊號量化資料進行無母數統計之弗里曼二因子等級變異數分析處理,比較八個肌群IEMG表現與各距離之間的關係 ,統計值顯著水準定為α=.05。研究結果發現:一、影響拉弓伸展動作與放箭瞬間的主要肌群之用力大小依序為右三角肌、右T3斜方肌和左T2斜方肌。二、左T2斜方肌及右T3斜方肌在70M、50M與30M三個距離中會有不同拉弓伸展動作的用力程度,但以整體肌群之平均IEMG值而言,參與拉弓伸展動作之肌群並不會隨著射箭距離越遠,肌群用力越多。

The purpose of this study was to utilize surface electromyography to examine the neuromuscular activity during the moment from stretching to releasing in the process of archery. By way of IEMG testing, the IEMG of the left Trapezius T2, the left Trapezius T3, the left Deltoid, the right Flexor Digitorum, the right Trapezius T2, the right Trapezius T3, the right Deltoid and the right Brachioradialis was assessed to probe the muscles elite archers use. The subjects in this study were 4 male and 4 female (age 19.25±1.98yrs; height 169.50±6.726cm; weight 8,00±7.76kg) archers who participated in the 14th Busan Asian Games. Each athlete took the test under three simulative competitive settings. Athletes had 12 shots from 30m, 50m, and 70m distances. In order to determine the valid time of effective releasing, data was collected from electromyographical signaling time interval as quantitative data, and was analyzed using the Friedman two-way analysis of variance by ranks (α=.05). Results of this research were: 1. The main muscle forces involved for stretching movement and arrow eleasing, in greastest to lowest order, is the right Deltoid, the right Trapezius T3 and the right Trapezius T2. 2. The IEMG of the left Trapezius T2 and the right Trapezius T3 were significantly changed when distance was increased, but the average IEMG activity did not increase with the increase in distance.
