無人搬運車系統規劃模擬模式之研究

An animated Simulation Model for Automated Guided Vehicle Systems (AGVS)

摘要


本研究主旨再發展一套無人搬運車系統之動畫模擬系統ASIA(Animated SImulation system for AGVS),來探討動畫模擬系統所應具備的系統架構與模擬相結合的方法設計,並執行在IBM PC/AT上。用ASIA進行模擬時,使用者在不須瞭解模擬理論下,以繪製佈置圖形、宣告物料途程及設定實驗條件,便能執行同步(Concurrent)及點圖式(Bit-mapped)的動畫模擬,可最為無人搬運系統設計與規劃的輔助工具。本研究最重要的成果是提出了一個理想的動畫模擬系統整體架構,文中並描述了無人搬運車系統的系統動態行為特性,並以此建立了無人搬運車系統的梨散事件動畫模擬模式。而經由本研究的發展過程,具體瞭解動畫模擬的確提供了良好的模式驗證(Validation)以及校正(Verification)之功能,並能幫助使用者對所設計的無人搬運車系統有清晰的瞭解。

This paper presents a framework and design of an animated simulation system for Automated Guided Vehicle System (AGVS), ASIA. It is a concurrent, bit-mapped animated simulation model. The designer models an AGVS by drawing a layout graph, declaring material flows and setting experimental conditions. Therefore, it plays as an auxiliary tool to design and to plan an AGVS. One of the important contributions of this study is to provide an ideal framework of animated simulation system. In this study, the dynamic behavior of an AGVS is studied in detail and forms the basis of the simulation model. Animated simulation is proven to be a good tool for model validation and verification, and the ASIA provides user with a proposed AGVS.
