本土人際互動之描述模型-從文化價值影響與世俗化行為觀點探討

A Descriptive Model of Personal Interactions From the Viewpoints of Chinese' Cultural Influence and Secular Behavior

摘要


本文旨在探討本土社會文化影響下,表現在世俗生活中之人際互動關係。文中透過與西方宗教價值觀的對比,來說明深受中國儒家倫範所影響的本土價值觀,並探討兩套價值觀所存在的本質上差異。然後本文嘗試透過儒家倫範的核心觀念,來建立觀察現實世俗生活的認識論,並發展出一個植基於「二位體對等交換關係(含角色與行為)」觀念上的「人際互動之描述模型」,以期對人們互動態度和行為反應之間的關係,有更系統化的瞭解。本文也進一步在結語中將人際互動的觀點,延伸到組織與管理的相關課題中,俾便反省和思考西方管理學在本地應用的可能性。(註一)

This study tries to demonstrate the interpersonal interactions in real life under local sociocultural background. In comparison with Western religious value system (the ethics of Protestantism), the author explains the local value system which was developed by the core concept of the Confucianism thought. And a“descriptive model of interpersonal interactions”was constructed in this study based on 5 dyadic role relationships (五倫) and 10 proper reciprocal behaviors (十義) in Confucian norms. The conclusion of this study tries to interpret Chinese’ secular interactive behaviors in a systematic way. And the author further raises several arguments of the applicability of Western management thoughts on local management activities as well as organizational issues.
