摘要

資訊科技可為企業帶來效益，但真正能運用資訊科技來獲得競爭優勢的企業卻不多見。企業面對各種資訊科技運用方案，應如何選擇，對企業才最為有效？企業在運用各種資訊科技方案時，需要注意哪些重要因素，方不至於失敗？這些問題皆是本研究所欲探討的重點。
本研究首先透過文獻探討，提出企業可用的各種資訊科技運用方案；接著以組織經濟學觀點發展出一分析模式，藉以分析、建議企業宜採行何種資訊科技運用方案；最後則針對各方案可能衍生之問題，提出說明及建議，以供企業在運用資訊科技時之參考。
本研究的研究成果主要包括下列三項：
1.用組織經濟學，提出一分析模式，以協助企業選擇出正確、可行的資訊科技運用方案；
2.釋為何資訊科技可以為企業提供相當大的效益，但大部份的企業卻仍無法充分運用資訊科技所帶來的效益；
3.建議企業進行資訊科技運用時，可以發揮效益的方向－作業、內部協調、外部協調，以及應該儘量減少、注意的部份－影響活動、風險，藉以提高企業運用資訊科技的層級，並減少失敗的可能。

Information technology is helpful for business to gain competitive advantage. But not every business adopting information technology can benefit from it. What information technology strategies can business choose? How should business choose a fit one from a lot of information technology strategies? What factors should business consider in order to gain competitive advantage when choosing different information technology strategy? All those questions are what this study intends to answer.
Firstly, this study proposes some important information technology strategies from literature. Then set up a model for analyzing the cost of those strategies.
Following are the contributions of this study:
1. Business decision-maker can use the model proposed by this study to choose the appropriate IT strategy.
2. This study can explain why business can not benefit from IT, though IT can help business to gain a lot of advantages.
3. This study can gives business a direction how to benefit and how to avoid risk from IT.
