In this study, examine the event of body weight, height, age, sit up, 2000M. run/walk, flexibility of lower back and hamstrings, three minutes of Harvard steps as revealed in survey of selected the community members female at community of Chung Yuan Christian University in Chung Li, Taiwan enrolled on developing community sports program within Taiwan. The fitness program was implemented eight weeks, five class days a week, the class hours was ninety minutes each time, the class was being held during lunch period, the classes were beginning on April 4, 1996 and ended on June 1, 1996. The main purpose of this study is to make a comparison between pre-test and post test to understand in teaching contributes subjects on fitness program in class. All data were gather and run by computer at Computer Center in C.Y.C.U., using the statistical method. Means and standard deviation, percentage were calculated. A t-test and X^2-examined were used to analyze for significant difference at P < 0.05 level. The results showed on tables. Based upon the result makes a conclusion and suggestion.
