教育行政機關推動技職通識教育之概況分析

摘要


目前教育部對於技職通識教育的推動大致處在宣示階段,比較具體的做法是舉辦了幾場研討會及補助少數學校規劃通識課程。整體而言,技職通識教育的意涵模糊、教育行政機關工作內容重疊、部定課程缺乏與專業進行整合以及未具有規劃性等等是阻礙推動的主要問題,故就教育行政而言,除了行政人員必須具備通識理念之外,整合行政資源、協助各校調整系科結構、以及逐漸擴充實踐通識教育之範圍等,將是未來必須積極致力的工作。

Generally, general education put into practice by the Ministry of Education in technological and vocational schools is right now at the announcing stage only, and concrete things that have been done are sponsoring seminars and subsidizing some schools to plan general curriculums. On the whole, the connotation of general education in technological and vocational schools is blurred, the business contents of educational administrative organizations are overlapping, and the curriculum edited by Ministry of Education is lacking to integrate professional knowledge in the Common Subjects and voids the whole-view plan for the future. These are the main factors that hinder general education in practice. From the view of educational administration, the administrative personnel should have clear ideas about general education. And all this works should be positively dedicated to right now and in the future is to integrate administrative resources, to support schools adjust the structure of departments, and to enlarge the practical scope of general education.
