高職建教合作現況與問題之探討

摘要


台灣早期在人才之培育,以師徒相授一脈相傳的方式訓練養成,隨著時代的演進,國民經濟水準提升,加上政府為提高全民教育水準,適應國家經濟發展需要,隨著教育的普及後,年輕人大多不願再接受傳統的師徒相授訓練模式,造成近年來造成基層人力的斷層,出現大量的短缺。當局政府因應社會產業結構上的改變,配合產業人才的大量需求,並提出建教合作教育。過去台灣在建立建教合作制度經過50年之後,建教合作無法如預期地解決國內基層人力短缺的情況,也無法打造台灣的基礎建設,建教合作的實施令人質疑。而建教合作的核心價值在於學徒制及做中學的精神,但在現實中其質變成了經濟弱勢學生就學的管道。本文在探討高職建教合作目前推動的情形及所遇到的問題,做為未來推動高職建教合作的改進方向。

With the development of the times, the level of national economic upgrading, with the government to improve the education standards, to adapt to the needs of national economic development, with the popularization of education after the development of the training of talent in the past. Young people are mostly reluctant to accept the traditional mentoring training model, resulting in a large number of manpower shortage. The government in response to changes in the structure of social industries, with a large number of industrial talent needs, and put forward cooperative education. In the past 50 years after the establishment of a cooperative system in Taiwan, the cooperation between construction and teaching can not solve the shortage of domestic grassroots at the same time as expected, and can not build the infrastructure of Taiwan. The implementation of cooperative education is questionable. The core value of cooperation is the apprenticeship and the spirit of middle school, but in reality the quality of the disadvantaged students into the school. This article explores the current situation and the problems encountered in the construction of higher vocational education cooperation, as the future to promote the improvement of vocational education cooperation direction.
