About Mr. Liang Chi-Chau's critics and analysis of the Lau-Tze's philosophy, in philosophical researchers’ point of view, we might think that he didn't do an effective work and was not in accordance with the original thoughts of Lau-Tze's Theory. His discourse may not have much essential help for modern scholars deeply understanding the Lau-Tze's philosophy. But, if we go back to the hereat time when Mr. Liang was writing about it, we could find out that Mr. Liang used the grand new analysis with western academics to solve the questions in the Lau-Tze's philosophy. Also, his discourse and theory closely matched with the social background and the climate of the period. It is very difficult to do this. What Mr. Liang solved Lau-Tze's Philosophy is not be viewed by scholars but is promoted for the general use on the situation that stands on generalizing conscious of Chinese civilization. It may only be the revolutionist, Mr. Liang Chi-Chau, has the courage doing this special solution of analyzing Lau-Tze's philosophy.
