摘要

楊三郎、許玉燕夫婦兩位畫家，曾參與“台陽美展”、“全省美展”協會之創立與推動，對台灣美術運動之發展演變過程有非常重要的貢獻，她們一生在藝術創作的成就，在台灣美術界具有崇高地位與影響力，值得後人學習與研究價值，因此作此研究。
為了讓我們能更深入了解其中創作過程與內涵。因此，本研究將從她們之時代和生活環境背景，去了解她們如何去從事藝術創作，將生活與藝術結合，如何推動台灣美術運動，創造出個人特色風格，影響台灣美術創作環境，希望藉此研究，依不同時間和空間背景，整理探討分析她們每一階段性的改變和作品特色，以利於後人認識和研究。

The couple of San-Lang Yang and Yu-Yan Hsu had participated in the establishment and advancement of Tai-Yang Art Society and Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition. They had made significant contribution to the development of Taiwan art revolution. The great achievements in art have made them highly esteemed and influential in Taiwan art industry. Moreover, these achievements are worth learning and studying by the junior generation. This is why we made this research.
In order to catch the exact process and thoughtfulness of their art creation, this research is commenced from understanding the era and background of this couple. In this way, we can realize how they performed their art works, integrated their life into art, advanced Taiwan art revolution and created their distinguished style to make a great impact on Taiwan art environment. This research is organized by time and place to summarize and analyze the change and characteristic of their art works during variant period of time in their life. We hope this research can provide assistance to understand and study on the art works by Mr. and Ms. Yang.
