摘要

創傷性牙齒折斷波及於齒槽(山脊)下方1~~4mm處的齒質時 ,由於在治療區的出血污染,折斷齒的固位不易,以及傷口癒合後其支持牙周組織的嵌入,皆會影響歸來牙體整復的預後。因此較常見以拔牙方式處理之,但對較年少的學童,則會影響其齒列弓的成長與穎骨的發育,況且拔牙後所需蠶牙的齒數較多,相對的治療費用較貴。是故利用牙髓一矯正綜合治療術,來達成較完善的牙齒形態復形目的。特提出經過10個月追臨的一個病例報告。

During the treatment of traumatic tooth fractured in which the fractured line lies I to 4 mm below the alveolar crest level, the following problems may be encountered: (1) hemorrhagic contamination around the injuried tissue, (2) the remained tooth fragement are difficult to immobilized, (3) healing with intreposition of supporting periOdontal tissue. These problems will affect the prognosis of the fractured tooth. Although extraction usually had been used, it will influence the growth of den tal arch and jaw bone development especially in children or young school age groups. The necessary treatment of bridge restoration following the extraction is much more expensive. The combined endodontic-orthodontic treatment can improved the prognosis of prosthe tic restoration. A patient of traumatic tooth fracture treated with combined end。 dotic-orthodontic method and 10-months was follow-up reported.
