阻生且異位之第二乳臼齒及第二小臼齒
Impaction and Inversion of Second Deciduous Molar and Second Premolar

摘要
在臨床上，牙齒發生阻生或埋伏是常尖的異常現象，文獻中有關於此類異常的病例，以恆齒較為常見，在乳齒列是較少見的。而對於第二乳臼齒的阻生且易位於第二小臼齒下列的病例，則更為稀少。自民1975年以來的文獻報告中，僅得4例。本文在報告一個新病例。罹患部位同樣在於下顎右側。治療方式以手術拔除。

The impaction or uneruption of a tooth is commonly seen in dental practices. Most of the reported literatures were on permanent tooth.According to Pindborg stated that impaction of primary teeth are rare, but impaction and inversion of the deciduous molar and premolar is more infrequently seen. Since 1975, only four cases were found associated with this anomally. We add a new case in this report. The age of those cases were between 10-20. All the cases occurred on the right side of the mandible. Surgical remove is the only choice of treatment.
