摘要
患者男性,五十歲,在高雄醫學阻牙科口腔顎面外科被診斷為舌部纖維性肉瘤。此患者接受預定的化學藥物治攘,放射線治療及外科手術切除等三種不同治療型式魂合的指揮方法。化學藥物療法使用的藥物為Vincristine sulfate, Adriamycin 及Cyclophosphamide'結果 腫瘤縮小的40%。放射線治療則僅抽予40Gy故 為輔助療法,卻也能使腫瘤繼續縮小到只剩原來的20% 。 最佳再施行半舌切除術。此患者經此三種不同措療方法的處理後,存活了有18 個月。原發病灶不再有腫瘤產生。但是他是在發現左側腮部有鱗狀上皮細胞癌,經治療無效後6 個月死亡。

A 50-year-old man was diagnosed with fibrosarcoma of the tongue. The patient received a planned triple modality therapy. The primary lesion was totally excised after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The chemotherapy regimen consisted of vincristine sulfate, adriamycin and cyclophosphamide. The patient received 4000 rad irradiation to the primary site preoperatively. The patient survived for 18 months following the operation. He, however, died 6 months after squamous cell carcinoma developed onthe left lower lobe of the parotid gland.
