由於科技環境的變遷,利用知識創造價值的知識管理(Knowledge Management; KM),已成為嶄新而重要的研究課題。組織必須不斷學習、分享知識、擴充知識、應用知識,才能是適於競爭激烈的現代經濟社會。 任何形式的變革,都必須事先思考週全的組織架構,俾有助於獲致預期的結果。本研究即針對策略管理(Strategic Management)和TQM(Total Quality Management)的演進過程中與應用方法進行研析,希望從典範移轉的理解,發揮為有助於知識管理架構的建立,以提升知識管理的應有結果。 本研究從方法論的觀點,概述策略管理與TQM在推行知識管理上的重要性,並引述四個應用案例,探究在知識管理的推行過程中,如何加以利用以協助建立最有效的推行架構,俾作為擬導入知識管理者之參考。
Due to rapid change in technology environments, creating value through Knowledge Management (KM) has become a new study area. The organization shall continuously learn, share, expend and apply knowledge in order to maintain business advantage in this highly competitive economy society. This study firstly investigate the evolution and practical application of the Strategic Management and Total Quality Management (TQM), and then construct an adequate framework for establishing the KM system. The objective of this study is to address the importance of Strategic Management and TQM on KM from the viewpoint of methodology. Four cases are discussed to explore the key factors for establishing the most effective management structure to optimize the value resulted from KM.
