The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among roleconflict,organizational commitment and intent to quit under matrix organizationalstructure and used employees from Industrial Technology Research Institute asexamples.Making a survey of collecting 251 effective samples.The statistical methodsused in samples analysis include Reliability Analysis,Factor Analysis,FrequencyDistribution,Descriptive Statistics,Regression Analysis,T-test,Analysis ofVariance,and Scheffe's Comparison.Therefore,We got the major conclusions asfollows:1.It appears negative influence for employees' role conflict to organizationalcommitment under matrix organizational structure.2.It appears positive influence for employees' role conflict to intent to quit undermatrix organizational structure.3.It appears negative influence for employees' organizational commitment tointent to quit under matrix organizational structure.
