由論文發表看台灣團體心理治療的發展

From Publication to the Development of Group Psychotherapy in Taiwan

摘要

目的：本研究之目的在透過團體心理治療相關論文的發表。去瞭解台灣本土團體心理治療發展的概況，以提供未來團體心理治療界發展及推廣團體心理治療之參考。
方法：整理1995年至2005年問，在中華團體心理治療學會之學刊所發表的全論文及年會所發表的口頭報告，台灣精神醫學會年會所發表的口頭報告及壁報展示。並將每份論文或報告加以分類。同時針對每一類別在不同年度間之發表數與年度施予斯皮爾曼相關分析。
結果：本研究結果為1．論文總數化在急速增加中，但全論文卻微微降低。2.來自社區的團體成員在持續增加中3．發表論文理論多不明確或仍屬衛生教育性質4.研究取向仍多屬經驗分享或成效評估為主5．心理劇及藥酒癮團體在減少中
結論：制度的制定及政府政策對團體心理治療的發展有很大的影響。台灣團體心理治療的模式正朝著多元化的方向前進，但是多數團體心理治療的研究方向仍需要朝更精緻、列深入的研究主題。

Object: The purpose of this research is to find the development of group psychotherapy in Taiwan and provide sonic suggestions for the future through the publications.
Method: This research summarized the publications including full articles, oral presentations and posters between 1995 and 2005. The correlations between years and publications are analyzed by Spearman correlation.
Result: First, the number of the publications was increasing hut of the full article was decreasing. Second, the members from the community were increasing. Third most of alt publications didn't have a clear theoretical base. Fourth, most of all publications just shared the group experience. Finally, psychodrama and alcoholic group ere decreasing.
Conclusion: The political system and the policies are very important for the development of group psychotherapy. Diversity and need for more delicate researching topics are issues fur the future.
