並列摘要
This article reviews the literatures associated with group development and stages and makes a comparison and discussion: (1) In the open group, it is possible that the group stages could be repeated or condensed, (2) the mode of group development is not always stepwise/linear developmental sequence, (3) there is no one stages is better than the others, (4) the interaction between group prototypes and group development process creates a complexity network of human interpersonal relationships.
