團體諮商如同一個小型的社會,提供青少年彼此分享困擾與經驗衝突的地方,透由成員相互協助或領導者示範'可重新矯正其挫敗經驗或學習新的因應方式。然而青少年身心發展未臻成熟,其舊有的認知模式、情緒發展以及問題解決能力可能無法因應複雜的外在環境,因而萌生自我挫敗為,但其鮮少直接表露脆弱的一面,反而轉化為外顯行為且對團體領導者有著較大的挑戰。因此,本文將回顧青少年團體的特性,並結合實務經驗試圖將希望理論之概念融入團體之中,設計青少年成長團體方案以供參考。希冀透由此「不評價、目標導向、具希望感」的團體運作模式能提升讀者對既叛逆且自我概念模糊的青少年成員之理解。
Group counseling is a social microcosm which can provide adolescents share life experiences and obsessions. Adolescents can redress their frustrated experiences or learn new coping skills by leader's demonstration and members' influence. Because of immature mind, restricted thinking patterns, unstable emotions, and insufficient coping skills, adolescents can't deal with complicate surroundings well. However, instead of presenting frailness, they pretend to be strong. The aim of this study is to apply hope theory to adolescents' growth group counseling. In view of "uncritical, goal oriented and hopeful" mode, it may help readers understand rebellious and self-concept vague adolescents.
