智慧型彈性化伺服控制之轉角機研製

摘要


本文以主控電腦利用電腦通訊技術透過串列通訊介面來控制多部遠端轉角機系統,達到全廠自動化,使用者以圖控介面程式操作與監督系統,並研製智慧型彈性化伺服控制之轉角機系統,以伺服馬達取代傳統致動器,控制旋轉台上的轉動功能。除了原有90度的單向旋轉動作外,更容易操控左右運轉與任意角度定位操作。本文以PC-based 電腦為基礎,配合I/0介面及識別偵測器等,可構成彈性化拖板轉角機。其結果可作為〔一〕配合PC-Based控制驅動控制器之技術,分析轉角機的運動特色。〔二〕對致動器驅動複合機構,以驗證系統性能。〔三〕轉角機〔四〕輸送帶任一轉向機、分岐機〔五〕拖板分類機〔六〕建立FMS輸送帶系統教學設備,以利教學與研究。〔七〕獲得多功能產品輸送之設計

A distributed control system for multiple corner transfer systems is presented by using serial communication and PC-based control technologies. The users can easily operate and monitor the whole system by using the graphical user interface (GUI). A new corner transfer, driven by a servo control motor instead of classical actuators, is developed and presented. It is flexible and can be easily operated not only for the degree of 90 but also for any degree positioning. This new design system is suitable to be adapted for flexible corner transfer and employed to many industrial applications.
