摘要


過去研究較少致力於超高層建築外部風環境對使用者心理行為影響的研究;此外,獲取迴歸分析技法以整合心理影響程度是有深入探索之必要。本論文內容包括心理影響度量化及其空間應用,其分析方法和概念為:系統分析方法與迴歸分析技法。本研究發現心理影響反應量可不受物理量的限制。外部風環境對使用者心理影響程度與建築高度呈正相關,但與距超高層建築距離呈負相關。

The past study is less effort in the quantitative analysis of users' psychology effect from the exterior wind environments in high-rise buildings. Moreover, obtaining the methodology context of assessing the psychological effect is necessary. This study includes the quantitative model of psychological effect degree and spatial application. The concept and analysis methods are system analysis method and regression analysis technique. The conclude is the physical value does not limit psychological effect value. The effects of exterior wind environments on the users' psychology reveal that between ”psychological effect degree” and ”building height” is positively related, but between ”psychological effect degree” and ”distance from high-rise buildings” is negatively related in the exterior space.
