摘要

本研究係經由2001年臺北市政府各機關網站評估之個案研究後，探討其所應用之評估方法，改進其在分類評準與實施程序上之缺失，期能應用於日後之政府機關網站評估作業。本研究所探討之評估方法，係由層級分析法（AHP法）與群體決策方法之融合所發展出之方法；該方法亦發展出政府機關網站日常作業規範之考核活動表，以瞭解政府機關網站之維護情形。本研究即探討該方法在分類評準與實施程序上之缺失，予以改進，期使日後用於評估政府機關網站時，能更為公平、公正而有效率。

In this study, we discussed the method applied to the evaluation of websites of the Taipei City government in 2001. In so doing, we proposed a modified model for the future evaluation of the governmental websites.The evaluation method, which we discussed, is combined the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with group decision-making. The method has been actually applied on the case of evaluation of the websites of the Taipei City government in 2001. Through the evaluation processes, we modified the classified criteria and evaluation processes in order that there will be a better method for the evaluation of the governmental websites in the future.
