台灣童裝業的競爭力分析與遭遇到之問題

摘要


由於台灣的童裝市場百花爭鳴,新業者想進入國內的童裝市場,就必須面臨強烈的市場競爭,以及諸如品牌低知名度、消費者購買習慣的不易改變、通路的不易取得、國內景氣低迷不振、投資環境不佳、兩岸關係不明朗,台灣消費能力降低等問題。本研究即是以童裝產業作為研究對象,利用SWOT分析和波特大師的鑽石模式及五力分析來分析台灣目前的童裝市場的競爭優勢,並探討業者遭遇到的問題。

The competition in the children cloth industry is very tough. A new company who wants to get into the domestic market for children cloth must faces many problems such as strong competition, recession of economy, reduction of consumer capability etc.. This report is to study the competitive capability of children cloth market in Taiwan using the tool of SWOT analysis, DIMOND analysis and analysis. The study also points out the problems facing by Taiwan children cloth market.
