摘要

本文主要的研究目地是針對未來科技之新趨勢，每個人的家庭電視會從接收類比訊號系統轉變為數位訊號系統，且目前台灣電子資訊的發展模式，除了可結合既有的電視電腦技術，亦可激發正發展蓬勃之通信工業，尚可繼續推展高畫質電視及相關高科技消費電子產業，其前景不可限量。故本文就針對數位視訊傳輸系統所做的研究。

In order to maintain high economic growing and country competition and promote the people's living standard, government devote to develop high technological business and furthermore, push Taiwan into a scientific island to make Taiwan turn a cheap manpower exporting country to a brainpower high technical exporting country. At present, Internet and electronic commerce, which are developed by government from several years ago are growing vigorously and becoming famous.Striding forward 2000 A.D., government makes great efforts to develop digital video communication systems and decide to totally spread analog television into digital television in the year 2005, especially, digital video communication systems is the trend of world high techniques. Therefore, our government arranges it to be the key point of developing techniques. We also believe that this techniques will be become an important role in the world.
