摘要

本文之主要內容，主要在分析當前世界的經貿情勢，正面臨第二次工業革命以來最劇烈的變革，經濟自由化，資訊科技化，已成為世界潮流。可以預見的，二十一世紀的世界，在人、物、資金、訊息和科技等各方面，勢將突破國界，快速流通、整合，形成天涯若比鄰的地球村，在全球化力量的主導下，世界政經及企業經營情勢，必將展現新的風貌。
台灣的企業，過去之所以能立足於世界經貿環境之中，是因為政府與企業皆能在每個變動前，做好因應的對策，然而新世紀的經營環境，更為激烈，更為複雜，置身產宮學界曾扮演相當角色的一員，有責任也有義務，以前瞻的視野，深入的研析，準確預測全球產業的趨勢，並研擬出經營管理的對策，協助政府和企業界突破呆境，並正確指引青年學子，勇敢迎向光明的未來。

The global business trends had been facing the most challenge revolution since the second revolution of industry. The freedom of economics, digital revolution has become the mainstream in the world. With the globalization of markets and operations, the strategic issues of globalization for politics, economics and business management have been receiving greater attention. The success of “Taiwan Experience” is base on the government and enterprise corporately having their own strategy and facing them hand by hand before the variation. However, the new environment is more complex than ever, most of the situation had been separately divided into individual sector. This article is to provide the strategy and suggestion for the government and enterprise to create a better situation in the future.
