企業人力資源之智慧資本於注意力技術之探討

摘要


本研究之目的係為因應由知識經濟即將發展成注意力經濟價值體系後,企業體人力資源於落實智慧資本,在注意力技術之相關問題解決方法與創造性思考。如何從以知識為主的價值,轉移成以注意力為主的思考方式。藉由此注意力的價值思考,如何導入於企業人力知識資源的應用、人才於個人知識智慧的共享與顧客智慧回饋的處理。形成知識、人才和顧客三種以注意力思考為主的智慧資本,創造提升企業人力的核心競爭力和改善組織變革於策略價值上的改善。

The purpose of this study is to follow relative problem-solving and creative thinking as attention techniques to intellectual capital for enterprise’s human resource after the value system will be developing from knowledge economy to attention economy. This is how the methods of knowledge-based value is transferred to the attention-based thinking. This is how to implement the application of enterprise’s man power for knowledge resources, people’s oneself knowledge intelligence for common-share, and the process of intelligence feed-back for customers. These three main intellectual capitals are to develop attention-based thinking in knowledge, people, and customers. The value of strategy is for creation to promote and improve enterprise’s man power for core competition and organization change.
