摘要

觀看台灣過去50年來的經濟發展，除了歸功於政府審慎之經濟政策與環境配合得宜外，實際創造「台灣經濟奇蹟」的，卻是國內的民間企業，尤其是中小企業。過去50多年來，企業從小本經營一路成長到現在穩定中求創新的大企業，在這個循序漸進的階段中，企業也面臨了許多策略上及技術上的問題。如何擬定合適的技術取得策略以持續技術上的成長，這也是所有高科技產業最重要的課題。本研究在探討該產業之內、外部環境後，試圖找出企業面對這些問題的因應之道，也特別針對中小企業的經營策略作更深一層的探討。

When we look back the developing of Taiwan’s economic during the past half decade, although government had appropriate policies and environment control, middle size and small size business had contributed the large portion of Taiwan’s economic miracle. During this period, small business had grown stably became large business. During these transformation steps, small business had faced many technical and political problems. Therefore, how to develop the appropriate policies and new techniques are the major topics for business and industry to discuss.
This research is focused on the internal and external environments that have influence to small size and middle size business, and trying to find solutions for business to setup appropriate policies and help them to solve these problems.
