本研究旨在探討台灣地區技術學院暨專科學校於二專商業類科學生學習滿意度之情形。透過學習滿意度的內涵;進而發展「台灣地區二專商業類科學生學習滿意度」問卷;透過問卷調查蒐集資料後,藉由樣本的背景資料、填答問卷情形、t考驗分析與單因子變異數分析等方法進行研究結果之分析。其所得之研究結論的分析於學習滿意度內涵之問卷共計四大類三十四個項目;進行t考驗分析之中,在「教學內容」二個項目、「師生關係」三個項目與「教學環境」二個項目等已達顯著水準;並藉由單因子變異數分析,在「授課情形」三個項目、「教學內容」三個項目、「師生關係」一個項目與「教學環境」一個項目等已達顯著水準。最後提出對於學校研究單位、學術研習機構、任課課程教師、教育主管機關、與後續研究考之建議。
The study is to explore the learning satisfaction for institutes and junior colleges to two-year junior colleges as commercial department students. This study is as core contents for leaning satisfaction. Furthermore, this is to develop ”the learning satisfaction for two-year junior colleges as commercial department students in Taiwan” for the questionnaire. The methodology to analyze research results is from samples’ background data, filling answers to questionnaires, t-test, and one-way ANOVA after searching data about questionnaire survey. The conclusion of this research is analyzed from four kinds with thirty-four items for the questionnaire as core contents in learning satisfaction. In t-test analysis, “the teaching content” with two items, “the relationship of teachers and students” with three items, and “the teaching environment” with two items are to achieve significant levels. In addition to one-way ANOVA analysis, “the situation for teaching program” with three items, “the teaching content” with three items, “the relationship of teachers and students” with one item, and “the teaching environment” with one item are to achieve significant levels. Finally, this is to make suggestion for schools and research units, academic study institutes, program-teaching instructors, main officers about educational organizations, and future continue researchers.
