本研究旨在探討國小五、六年級學童經由10週游泳運動參與後,身心健康改善情形與學習滿意度之關係,以作為日後設計國小學童游泳教學之參考。採問卷調查作為資料搜集工具,以台北市公、私立國小之99學年度在學學生為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查。共發出問卷243份,回收扣除無效問卷後得問卷225份,有效回收率達92.6%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、簡單迴歸分析、多元同時迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析後,得如下結果:經由10週游泳運動參與後,學童的「生理狀況」、「焦慮」、「憂鬱」、「社會功能」、「人際互動」等身心健康狀況均有明顯改善,其中並發現學童參與10週的游泳課程教學後,BMI值較高者,身心健康改變情形也愈顯著。同時也發現,學童參與10週的游泳課,學習滿意度愈高者,其身心健康狀況改善也愈明顯。其中以「教師教學」、「教學成 效」二個自變項影響達顯著水準。 最後,根據研究結果與發現提出相關建議,以提供家庭、學校與 教育相關單位未來研究之參考。
This study aimed to explore the fifth and sixth grade students participate in swimming by 10 weeks after the physical and mental health conditions to improve the relationship between satisfaction and learning as the future design of teaching elementary school children swimming reference. Collected survey data collected as a tool to Taipei public and private elementary school of 99 students in the school year for the study, used purposive sampling for the survey. A total of 243 questionnaires were returned after deducting invalid questionnaires was 225 questionnaires, the effective return rate of 92.6%. Information obtained through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression while statistical methods for data analysis, the findings are: participation in swimming by 10 weeks, the students'' physical condition, "" anxiety ""depression", "social function", "interaction", etc.,physical and mental health were significantly improved, and found that children involved in teaching swimming for 10 weeks, its value is higher BMI, change their physical and mental health conditions are more significant. Also found that children participate in 10 weeks of swimming lessons, the higher the satisfaction of learning, their physical and mental health improvement is more significant. Which "teaching," "teaching as Effect "impact of two significant independent variables. Finally, according to research results and findings, relevant recommendations,to provide families, schools and Education-related units of reference for future research.
