技專校院學生生活適應之研究

摘要

本研究以中華技術學院學生為研究對象，以「大專行為困擾調查表」為研究
工具。研究目的在瞭解學生的學校生活適應現況。經t 值及F 檢定，以及進一步
的Scheffe 的事後比較分析，進行檢核不同性別、學院、打工狀況及家庭經濟狀況
組別在「學校生活適應」各因素間的差異顯著性。重要發現如下：
一、全體受試者在各類適應困擾中，一般困擾的前三名為「對大學課程適應」、
「前途：就業與升學」及「社交和娛樂活動」；嚴重困擾的前三名為「前
途：就業與升學」、「對大學課程適應」及「經濟與生活狀況」。
二、在一般困擾的具體項目，前三名包括「對某些教學方式感到枯燥乏味」、
「不夠用功」及「希望自己更聰明」；就嚴重困擾問題的具體內涵，前三
名包括：「睡眠不足」、「時常感到疲倦」、「恐怕畢業後失業」等。
三、女生在「經濟與生活狀況」方面的困擾比男生多，男生則在「求愛、性
和婚姻」方面的困擾比女生多；就整體一般困擾而言，工學院學生比商
學院學生多；常在校外打工者，其整體困擾明顯多於不曾打工者；家庭
經濟狀況愈差者，其困擾問題也愈多。

The purpose of this study is to explore China Institute of Technology students’adaptation of school life. “The College Problem Checklint” will be used as ameasurement to understand the adaptation of China Institute of Technology students’school life. Through T-test，F-test，and future Scheffe post comparative analysis，thestudy carries out a research into the significant difference in gender，department，part-time working status and family economic status under the structural elements of“The College Problem Checklint”.
The important findings of the study are as follow：
1. It shows highly significant in the aspect of 「learning adaptation」、「future prospect」
and「social relationship」.
2. As to the population，the main problem is「feel some teachings are boring」.
3. Male and female show significant differences in the aspect of 「economic and life
condition」and「love .sex and marriage」.
