齒輪轉動儀升級對品質特性之研究

摘要


本文是經由使用SAMPUTENSILI齒輪轉動儀,同時採用該儀器檢測之轉動偏差Fi”、偏擺誤差Fr”、和齒間誤差fi”等綜合誤差值,來研究徑向壓力與檢測值的關係。分析後;提出該轉動儀承載扭力,適合於檢測模數2以下之齒輪,與檢測時承受壓力,適合於550g以下之徑向壓力,改進爲可調整式之徑向壓力。應該會提高快速檢測時之功效,確實提升齒輪檢測之品質特性,及判斷齒輪級數更精凖之性能,使該轉動儀獲得有效的升級。

The purpose of this research is to use the Samputensili rotating instrument. During the research, some inspection values have been used are as follows; Fi-rotating deviation, Fr-rotational concentricity error, and fl-tooth to tooth error. This paper is focused on the relation between the change of diameter pressure and inspection values. After analyzing, it turns out that the largest loading torsion of a rotation instrument will best to work under a module 2's gear. And its greatest loading pressure will be best under 550g's diameter pressure. Under the circumstances, the inspection result will be remained most stable. After a further adjusting the diameter pressures to do the short time inspection in order to determine the grade and quality of a gear, which may upgrade the rotating instrument.
