精密車削刀具的可調裝置之研製

摘要


能夠適當的調整車刀刀柄挾持之位置高度,以使刀尖對凖夾頭之旋轉中心是達成精密車削加工的重要操作,惟一般CNC車床均無此調校之機構,因而使得對心工作格外困難。本研究提出一種CNC車床刀具之結構改良,其利用簡單的螺旋和斜面元件所組成的車刀柄結構,就能方便調整車刀定位的高低位置,以對凖CNC車床旋轉中心。其構造亦可適用於一般車床刀座上使用,藉以提高工作效率及改善使用上的便利性,且更為安全。

To align the rotational center of chuck with tool tip is a very important operation procedure for precision turning, center alignment is difficult because the CNC lathe usually lacks of the device for the procedure. This paper presents a special structure of the tool shank for the CNC lathe. The structure which contains inclination and screw element provides tool shank with adjustable function. Thus, the tool shank not only easily changes the height of tool tip to align the center but also apply to traditional lathe to increase convenience and efficiency of the operation.
