精密機械零組件加工業客製化刀具供應商評選之研究

The Study on Evaluation of Suppliers for Customizing Tools in Precision Machinery Components Processing Industry

摘要


隨著精密機械的技術提升,機械零組件加工業面臨全球性的競爭,對品質與技術的要求也愈來愈高,因此,必須要有良好的客製化刀具製造供應商才能使精密機械零組件加工業得到最大的效益,以提升企業加工產品的品質和競爭力。本研究以精密機械零組件加工業的客製化刀具供應商為研究對象,首先針對客製化刀具製造供應商評選標準,參考相關文獻與專家訪談,初步篩選出適合用來評選客製化刀具製造供應商的準則,接著運用模糊德爾非法(Fuzzy Delphi Method, FDM)與網路分析法(ANP),計算出各評選準則最終的權重值與重要性排序。本研究可以提供相關產業評選適合且優質的客製化刀具製造供應商之參考。

With the advancement of precision machinery technology, mechanical component processing industry is facing the competition globally; the quality requirement of technology is getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to have a manufacture supplier for the customizing tools, in order to get the most benefit for the precision machinery component processing industry, which can improve the qualities of the product and promote the competition of industry. In this research, we will focus on the manufacture suppliers of customizing tools in precision mechanical component processing industry. First, to evaluate the criteria of manufacture suppliers for customizing tools, we review the related literature and interview the experts from the related industries. Then, we evaluate and select the criteria that are suitable for manufacture suppliers of the customizing tools. Moreover, the proposed method applies Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) to calculate and analyze the final weights of the parameters and the sequence of their importance. Consequently, this study can provide the relevance industry to evaluate manufacture suppliers of the customizing tools, select the high quality and suitable suppliers.
