高效率高功因可調光型電子安定器之設計與研製

摘要


本文旨在研製一個可調光型的電子安定器,其研究的目的在如何提昇螢光燈調光時的電氣效率、降低電磁干擾、降低起動電壓、延長燈管壽命與電源側的功率因數。一種根據燈管電氣特性,利用固定頻率、固定脈波寬度的斷續脈波作爲串振變頻器切換開關的觸發信號,可達到螢光燈的調光功能,而此斷續的脈波信號則由微處理器邏輯控制電路所組成。由實體製作電路可見,本文所提之可調光型電子式安定器由80W到40W之調光過程中,效率在90%以上,電源側之功率因數在0.99以上,燈管電流峰值因數在1.4以下,起動電壓峰值低於350伏特,能符合省電、環保及電子品質等要求。

The purpose of this thesis is to improve the performance of dimmable ballast. The performance includes the following indexes: system efficiency, electromagnetic interference, starting voltage, fluorescent lamp life and power factor. According to the electrical characteristics of fluorescent lamp, a high efficiency of dimmable ballast can be accomplished by a half bridge with series resonant inverter used on off pulse number control of pulse width modulation is made of by microprocessor and logic control circuit. When the operating of ballast is from 80w to 40w, the efficiency is above 90%, the power factor is above 0.99, the crest factor of lamp is under 1.4, starting peak voltage is 350v. These experimental results show that the purposed electronic ballast is able to meet the request of energy saving, environment protection and power quality.
