摘要


本文以參數估算法,對控制系統作自動化偵錯研究,利用VisSim為系統發展環境,以數學方塊圖模式執行參數估算法偵錯,並配合DSP-based模組,實現自動化偵錯於即時控制系統。首先以一已知系統轉移函數為例,以參數估算法求得數學模式參數之模擬值,並與正確值作比較與驗証;最後,將此法應用於實際FB-33伺服控制系統,再配合DSP-based模組,實現伺服控制系統之自動化偵錯研究。

The goal of this paper is to implement the parameter estimation method for fault diagnosis of control systems by using mathematic model blocks in VisSim software package environment and a DSP-based module. In the proposed architecture, the DSP monitors the control system output on-line to detect faults, whereas the PC host computer estimates the system-model parameters. First, the feasibility of this method is verified by using VisSim software package and a known mathematical model example is given. Finally, the PC computer uses the parameter estimation algorithm and DSP-based module to detect the faults of the FB-33 servo control system. The satisfied results are shown in this paper.
