本研究旨在探討苗栗縣國民小學總務主任工作壓力、工作滿意與組織承諾之情況。主要研究目的有:一、瞭解國民小學總務主任感受工作壓力、工作滿意及組織承諾之現況。二、比較不同背景變項的國民小學總務主任在工作壓力、工作滿意及組織承諾的知覺差異情形。三、探討國民小學總務主任不同程度的工作壓力與組織承諾的關係。四、探討國民小學總務主任不同程度的工作滿意與組織承諾的關係。五、探討國民小學總務主任不同程度的工作壓力與工作滿意的關係。六、根據以上之研究成果提出具體建議,並提供有關單位做進一步之參考。 本研究以苗栗縣120所國民小學總務主任為母群體,採用研究者自編之「國小總務主任工作壓力、工作滿意與組織承諾調查問卷」,以普查方式共取得107份有效問卷,無效問卷1份。以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析和多元迴歸分析方法進行統計分析。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of national elementary school's General Affairs Directors (GADs). Literature review and survey were conducted for this study. The study adapted self-edited ”Questionnaire about the job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of national elementary school's GADs”. This study used the general survey method to select 120 GADs to answer the questionnaire for data collecting. And 107 questionnaires were returned. The data was analyzed by the methods of descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multi-regression method.
