Unicameral Bone Cyst in the Cervical Spinous Process and Lamina: A Case Report
頸椎棘突和椎板之單一骨囊腫：病例報告
摘要
頸椎棘突和椎板單一骨囊腫為非常罕見之原發性良腫瘤。95%之彃一骨囊腫長於長骨幹垢端進側，尤其是股骨和肱骨，少於5%是長於扁平骨，如腸骨、肋骨和跟骨。目前為止只有六篇文獻報告是有關單一骨囊腫發生於頸椎或腰椎部位。本文報告一位長於頸椎棘突和椎板單一骨囊腫之14歲青少年，經由臨床表徵與詳細放射學檢查後，接受腫瘤切除而病理組織切片證實此一診斷。之後，病人康復出院。診斷頸椎單一骨囊腫腫瘤，首先施以常規放射線攝影，在發現病灶後，可進一步採用核磁共振造影，以提供診斷及手術前之參考。

Unicameral bone cyst of the cervical spine is extremely rare in the vertebral column. To our knowledge, only 2 cases involving the cervical spine and 4 cases in the lumbar vertebrae were reported in the English literature. In this article, we described a case of a unicameral bone cyst in the cervical spinous process and lamina, with a detailed clinical presentation and radiological studies. Conventional radiography and magnetic resonance imaging were performed preoperatively and provided a useful adjunct for a surgical planning. The patient underwent total tumor excision and recovered without neurologic deficits.
