A Brief Research on the Symbols of Chu- System Bamboo Slips and Silk Books

The observation of discovered and published, Chu-system bamboo slips and silk books, for example marquis Yi of state Zeng, Xinyang, Wangshan, Baoshan, Kuodian, Jiudian, Yangtianhu and Chu silk book, shows that there are a great variety of symbols in them. Both the meanings of these symbols and when to use them are also really complicated. The goal of this paper is to make these symbols clear and straight, and see how the writers at that time exerted them, and see in which condition they did.
