下鼻甲粘膜之組織特異性IgE抗體

Tissue-specific IgE Antibody in the Mucosa of the Inferior Turbinates

摘要


為了探討組織特異IgE抗體之產生與鼻過敏症的關係,我們利用接受下鼻甲切除術的病人,選擇15名非鼻過敏者及16名主要對家塵過敏者,施行鼻粘膜刮搔細胞檢查、組織病理檢查、血清IgE抗體總量、蟎抗原特異IgE抗體及下鼻甲粘膜組織蟎抗原特異IgE抗體測定。結果發現粘膜內與血清中之蟎抗原特異IgE抗體濃度有相關性,且過敏者之粘膜組織病理檢查可見明顯的漿細胞浸潤。我們認為在鼻過敏反應中,IgE抗體可能是在局部淋巴組織中製造,然後再滲入血管中而分佈至血清中及各處組織中。

To investigate the relationship between the production of tissue-specific IgE antibodies and nasal allergy, 16 patients with nasal allergy mainly sensitive to house dust antigen and 15 nonallergic patients admitted for turbinectomy were selected. Serum total IgE and anti-mite specific IgE, and the tissue anti-mite specific IgE antibodies of the turbinate mucosa were measured. The data were then correlated to the examinations of nasal mucosal scrapings and histompathology of the turbinate mucosa. We found that the levels of the tissue and serum anti-mite specific IgE antibodies were well correlated and there was an obvious infiltration of plasma cells in the submucosa of the allergic patients. It is considered that IgE antibodies are produced in the topical lymphoid tissues and transported or diffused into the mucosa and blood.
