Management of Chylous Fistulas Complicating Neck Dissection
頸部廓清術併發乳廔病管之處理
摘要
乳糜瘻管是頸部廓清術後可能發生的併發症之一。其潛在危險性不容忽視。本科從民國75年至81年共施行152例頸部廓清術，其中3例(2%)發生術後乳糜瘻管。這3例均做手術處理，其中2例成功。本文建議在發現有術後乳糜瘻管時，應早期做外科性治療以縮短患者的罹病及住院日期。

From 1986 to 1992, 152 radical neck dissections were performed on 144 patients. Postoperative chylous fistula developed as a complication in 3 cases. All 3 cases were returned to the operating room for closure of the chylous leak. Closure was successfully achieved in two of the cases. The records of these patients were reviewed. Early closure of postoperative chylous fistulas is recommended to decrease patient morbidity. A conserva-tive treatment regime can be employed if surgical intervention should fail.
