摘要
骨瘤為一好發於長骨、顱骨及顏面骨骼之良性腫瘤。頭頸部軟組織之骨瘤相當罕見。目前文獻上舌部骨瘤之報告未超過50例。本院於去年住進一15歲女病患，經診斷為舌部骨瘤，手術後完全康復，迄年無任何復發現象。因本病例特別罕見，特提出報告並回顧文獻加以討論。

An osteoma is a benign growth of bone that is commonly seen in the mandible or maxilla when it occurs in the head and neck region. While common in the bony areas of the head and neck, osseous growths are exceedingly rare within the soft tissue of this region. To date, only less than 50 osteomas of the tongue have been reported in the literature. We now present an additional case of osteoma of the tongue. The patient received excision biopsy and had an uneventful postoperative course.
