A very-rare case of auricular schwen-noma is reported. In this 24-year-old female, a pinkish, round, and soft mass was found near the triangular fossa of left auricle. After total excision of the tumor, the defect was repaired with full-thickness skin graft. Postoperatively, she is uneventful for two years without recurrence.
