摘要

外耳道瘤以惡性居多，屬良性者不多，其中軟骨瘤更是非常罕見。本院經歷1病例，患者為40歲男性，無明顯臨床症狀，於鏡檢時發現左耳外耳道前壁有一實質性腫瘤，呈白色堅硬有尖端突起之半球體。經局部麻醉予以切除後，病理報告證實為軟骨瘤。外耳道軟骨瘤多以孤立性腫瘤呈現，發生部位多於前壁軟骨部近鼓室鱗裂處，很少造成聽力等機能上的障礙。誘發因素至今未明。

The chondroma of the external audi-tory canal (EAC) is very rare. We inciden-tally experienced a case of EAC chon-droma. The tumor, 2 × 2 mm in size, located at the anterior wall anterior wall of left EAC, Just in front of the short process of malleus. A total of 8 cases of chondroma of the EAC, including the current case and 7 previously reported cases, were reviewed. All of the EAC tumors were single, unilateral, and originated from the tympanosquamous or tympanomastoid suture. The Chondroma of the EAC were usually asymptomatic. The pathogenesis and differential diagnosis of his disease were discussed.
